1 The staff were very helpful, multi lingual and had good humor. Every part of the hotel we saw was spotlessly clean. Room decor was beautiful, beds were comfortable, there were plenty of hot drinks choice/ kettle and the toiletries smelt amazing. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and well designed. The location an easy 10 minute walk from Manneheim hbf and bus/tram links. The free city guide was a bonus as i hadn't managed to buy one in advance. The garden was a lovely area to have a coffee or beer. We are planning another trip to Mannerheim just so we can stay in this hotel again 😁

There were several things I liked. It was an easy to reach location and there was great breakfast with lots of variety. It was fresh and always refilled once something was empty. Lastly, all the staff I encountered were very friendly, from checkin to checkout, all throughout my 4 day stay for a work conference.

The location is great. You can walk to the Main train station, and just take a speed train to the airport or anywhere else in Europe, and it's near the shopping area and restaurants. Also, near to the tram station where we could catch a tram to our convention venue at SAP Arena.

Very well located, very close to the train station and to the Rosengarten. Calm area and silent rooms. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and the cleaning service did a really good job every morning.

It was a classic style - room was big, enough for 2 and luggage, with tea and coffee facilities and a sheer curtain on the window. Sounds trivial but many 'modern' room only have a block out curtain so the window is very exposing and useless.

Near to centre of Mannheim. Small but comfortable room with good airco. parking below the hotel was kindly provided (of course at costs).
